I’ve seen the transformation many times – women who are full of doubt and uncertainty become secure in the knowledge of their innate value and "rightness" in life. They overcome procrastination and self-doubt to step into activities that mean something to their hearts. They start to fulfill the promise that they feel is already inside but that they don't yet have permission act upon. The change may start slowly – having to cut through resistance and being unaware of the limiting beliefs they hold – but once it begins and they get a taste of real self-accepetance, the speed picks up. They begin to share their truth, step into leadership and inspire others.
